Today, almost three months after the inspection of the new housing building located on 65 Konstantin Velichkov Blv. in Plovdiv, The investors’ representative received the Occupancy Permit #31/16.06.2009!

The Head Architect of district Tzentralen, city of Plovdiv set an inspection in accordance with the Bulgarian building code of the housing project: 65 Konstantin Velichkov on the 19th of March 2009, Thursday.
Its purpose is establishing the functional suitability of the building according to the construction plans and documents.
The investors' representative - dipl.eng. George Uzunov deposit a request for building registration and Occupancy Permit publication on the basis of the inspection, the final report presented by the construction supervision company and the building documentation.
